Examination for the Certificate of Proficiency in English (ECPE)
The certificate is an official language Proficiency Certificate of English at C2 level, as defined by the common European framework of reference for Languages (CEFR). It is awarded by the University of Michigan, one of the top universities in the United States in the field of linguistic research, with long experience in the creation and development of English language testing.
The ECPE is officially recognized by the Greek State (Supreme Council for civil personnel selection) and from the private sector as Language Proficiency level of English. It is also recognized in various countries and can be used for academic and professional purposes. For more information about the effect of the ECPE for academic purposes, it is suggested that the owners address the academic institutions to which they are going to submit it. ECPE owners can acquire Proficiency Skills of English Teaching by the Ministry of Education, Lifelong learning and Religious affairs.
