Examination for the Certificate of Competency in English (ECCE)
The Competency certificate is an official language certificate of English at B2 level, as defined by the common European framework of reference for Languages of the Council of Europe (CEFR). It is awarded by the University of Michigan, one of the top universities in the United States in the field of linguistic research, with long experience in the creation and development of English language testing.
The ECCE is officially recognized by the Greek State (Supreme Council for civil personnel selection) and from the private sector (e.g. airlines, insurance and shipping companies, travel agencies, banks, etc.) as language of English at B2 level. It is also recognized in various countries and can be used for academic and professional purposes that require language certification at this level.
